“

I brought my 2012 Chev Equinox in for routine oil change, tire rotation and recall letter.Also I requested that they check my right rear tire-it seems to lose air.I received a phone call and an email telling me my vehicle was ready and what the service tech had done while my vehicle was there. They found a corroided battery terminal and cleaned it,they used soapy water to check all of my tires for any leaks and found none and then did the routine maintainence I had asked for. My truck has been using 1qt of oil every 2000 mi since I purchased it new from another dealership. They assured me nothing could be done. It eventually began to use 1qt in 1600 mi. No offer to help. I took it to Burton for routine maintenance & I mentioned my problem. Your were very helpful by examining my engine, monitoring the oil for 2000 mi. and finding me a possible 80% co-op warranty with GM. I've been a faithful GM customer for 40yrs & that meant a lot to me to remain a customer. I also got a good deal on 4 oil changes.
