Charlie Burton is the 5th Generation owner of the i.g. Burton Auto Group. A Graduate of Roanoke College, Charlie initially did not work in the family business. He pursued a career in the automotive finance and insurance business working for Ryan Associates for several years. One day in the 90s, Charlie got a call asking him to come back and run the family business. Since then, he has taken ownership and expanded the company to what it is today. MJ Lofland has been with the i.g. Burton auto group since 1995. He is the first person in company history to hold co-ownership of an i.g. Burton dealership since the company's establishment in 1908. In 2021, he joined Charlie Burton - President of i.g. Burton Auto Group - in purchasing i.g. Burton of Newark. Over the years has been the Director of First Impressions, Sales Professional, Salesperson, Sales Manager, and General Manager. In 2007 he was promoted to the Operations Management Team as Director of Sales. Today, MJ is the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of i.g. Burton Auto Group. In his spare time, MJ enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.

Lisa started her automotive career in 1999 working at a private repair shop where she wore many hats, including: receptionist, car washer, parts person and customer service representative. It was there where her love for the automotive business began. After a few years, she applied for a job at a local dealership and started as the Service Receptionist before becoming a Service Advisor, and then Service Manager. Her love for all-things outdoors eventually drew her to the Delaware beach area. In 2008 she joined i.g. Burton as the BMW Service Manager. After working at i.g. Burton BMW for over a decade, she earned the opportunity to be part of the i.g. Burton Auto Group Executive Management team. When away from the dealership, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with their two dogs, traveling, camping, and paddleboarding.

Bernadette Jasmine joined the Executive Management Team of i.g. Burton Auto Group in July 2019. She is currently the acting HR Director. Bernadette has over ten years of experience in the automotive industry previously working for General Motors as a District Manager. Prior to the automotive business, she worked for a town government and ran a daycare center. Bernadette enjoys family time on the beach, fishing, and kayaking.

Eli started his career with i.g. Burton in 1984 as a service and repair technician. Over his 20 years as a service technician, he worked on Chevrolet Oldsmobile, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW. Eli earned the title of Master technician. In 2004, he became the service manager of the Milford Chevrolet dealership. In 2018, he was promoted to domestic service director. During his 39 years working at i.g. Burton Auto Group, Eli has truly loved assisting our customers and employees.

Caleb started with i.g. Burton Auto Group in 2007. Since then, he has held several positions, including Service Porter, Parts Advisor, Parts Manager, and Import Parts Director. He feels that i.g. Burton is a great company to work for because it has helped him grow his love for the automotive industry. Caleb is now Parts Director for all i.g. Burton Auto Group locations. In his time away from work, he likes visiting Delaware beaches with friends and family, touring local breweries, and spending time with his dog.

Mark is from Dover, Delaware. He was been in the car business since 1995. Before that he worked for the Department of Defense as a contractor for 8 years. And before that he served our country in the Army. He loves to play golf when he finds free time.

Peggy currently resides in Longneck, DE. She's been in the car business since 1999. When she has free time, Peggy enjoys boating and being on the water.

Zach is a dedicated member of the i.g. Burton team, here to provide top-notch service from sales to service. Whether you need help at the dealership or just some friendly advice, I'm your go-to guy! When I'm not busy helping clients, you can find me taking my Jeep out on the beach in the summer, enjoying the sun with family and friends, or embarking on fun road trips to try new food spots. I moved to Delaware in 2019 from NYC, where I was a union electrician. I started my journey at i.g. Burton's Lewes location in 2019 and have been thriving in Milford since 2024. Mike James is our resident outta state salesperson. Mike lives in the Easton, Maryland area and proves personalized service for his Maryland clients. Mike has been in sales for 25 plus years and has tremendous knowledge and experience with the Chevrolet lineup including the commercial division. Ed lives in Bridgeville, de with is wife Nichole and daughter Brystal. He has been in the automotive industry since 2009. starting as a tech and then being hired as Service advisor for i.g. Burton Seaford in the spring of 2013. after 6 months he graduated to Sales professional. He was at our Seaford location until 2017. After meeting his future wife and moving to Milford. Ed joined the I.G. Burton Milford Chevy team in Summer 2017. Ed's main focus it to make sure every customer is completely happy and is available whenever they need assistance. In his spare time Ed enjoys spending time with his wife and Daughter. Ed also enjoys a cold beer, hunting, fishing and going to races.

Ariel has been with i.g. Burton since 2002 starting off at our Seaford Chevrolet location. In 2006, he joined the sales team at our Milford Chevrolet location until recently joining the Internet Sales Department. In his spare time, he loves driving around in his Cadillac. Ariel prides himself in making sure every customer gets the best deal and best customer service he can provide when helping customers find the perfect vehicle that fits them. Jeremy has been in the Auto industry for over 15 years, and he's been with i.g. Burton since 2015. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. He also likes to go Kayaking and enjoys a good game of soccer.

Wayne loves being outdoors. He loves to hunt and go surf fishing. He has been with the local Fire Company, Carlisle Fire Co for just over 15 years as a Fire Fighter & Engineer. He has served in the past years as the Chief Engineer, Building Superintendent , and serval committees . Some of his biggest accomplishments are from the Carlisle Fire company. He received Delaware Heroic Fireman & Delaware Fireman of the of the year with saving an individual that could not escape a house fire. Being in the fire service is one of his biggest accomplishments so far. It is nice to help others when needed. He started the car business in 2009 down at our Seaford location as a detailer then to sales for a year then I was asked to come to Milford to become part of the sales team. He left for a few years to be a service manger a local RV dealership . Then found his way back home. He was born and raise here so guess that makes him a local and he is ok with that.

Since 2018, Casey has excelled as a Service Advisor in the automotive field, enhancing his skills in customer service, vehicle diagnostics, and repair coordination. His role involves clear communication with clients, accurate estimating, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Casey effectively manages service schedules, handles inquiries, and resolves issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction. His experience has given him a deep understanding of automotive systems and the ability to collaborate well with technicians, team members, and customers. Outside of Casey's professional life, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, fishing, and gaming.
